Beginners Introductory Course:

Now is your chance to learn this elegant, sensitive social dance. 6 Hours tuition plus a CD of the best tango music for you to practice at home. Sundays 11:30 to 1:30.

This is suitable for people who have done the introductory beginners course and wish to continue to build their knowledge and skill of the dance. It is also suitable for those who may have done classes elsewhere but want to properly consolidate the method of leading and following.

Milonga Essentials & Honing Your Tango

This course will cover both milonga and tango. As well as being the name of a tango social event, the word 'milonga' is also used for a type of music. Milonga music is commonly played at social events (milongas), it is playful and can be quite fast. If you find it hard to dance to milonga music, especially with different partners then this is the ideal course. It is suitable both for people who have completed beginners' tango courses, and also for more experienced people who wish to hone their leading and following skills to enable them to relax and enjoy the dance.  Led by guest teachers, Kate and Tony of www.TangoAbrazo.com and supported by our own Cliff & Sue. Each session will start with tango, followed by milonga.
